Only Chains may be exchanged at our discretion within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns or exchanges. All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via UPS or FedEx. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
